This Inn is UNDERRATED. Location was great not too far from LSU or Downtown Baton Rouge. Waffle House was directly across the street with more accompanied restaurants that fits your every need. It’s even located less than a mile away from very affordable gas station. My non smoking room was very clean and I got the best hospitality by front desk. Thank you guys I’ll be back soon:)
The location is convenient and close to restaurants and gas stations. The front desk clerk was very nice and friendly. There was construction/remodeling going on but for the most part it was quiet. The room appeared to be clean even though it smelled slightly musty and the bathroom needed some work. The toilet had a black ring around the water line but slowly disappeared with each flush. Where the shower head came out of the wall needed to be secured back into place. The shower water knobs were loose; good thing my hubby had tools in his truck. The coffee is awful so it's a great thing there is aLuv's
These people who complain about everything shouldn't write reviews, human error is not the hotel's fault, I've been here several times and will come several more. These people leaving bad reviews want 5 star service at 2 star price. this is not a resort hotel.i been writing reviews for a while and I'm going to give you the truth.theres nothing cheaper,best interstate access,and safe and lit up parking
I'm giving 5 stars. The rock bottom price, well kept rooms, and friendly staff. The manager even called me back after missing my call. Will return soon. Update: months later I returned and got the same high quality service, clean room and unbeatable price.

They stay was nice for the amazing reasonable price. The complimentary breakfast was OK. Just did not have enough juice and no meat. I will still return and just continue to make adjustments in that area if need be.
Rooms are clean, staff is friendly and helpful, and during my two day stay it's been very quiet outside. I've paid more for a lot less, can't beat the rate at this level of quality. Lift and door dash in the area as well.
